After four years of work, Zannier Ile de Bendor is now in place, featuring a luxury hotel with 93 rooms as well as gourmet restaurants and a particular commitment to perpetuating the incomparable charm of this little paradise in Bandol.

It took four years of work to deeply reshape the island of Bendor. An emblematic property of the Ricard family since 1950, the future will now be built in connection with Zannier.

This is an extraordinary construction project that has taken place on this small piece of land measuring 700 meters long and 220 meters wide. More than twenty buildings have been demolished, rebuilt, or renovated to offer a new face to what is now called Zannier Ile de Bendor.

Starting May 1, 2026, this new high-end hotel complex will open its doors with 93 rooms, but also a 1200 m² wellness area, featuring a spa and indoor and outdoor pools.

No less than 8 bars and restaurants will be spread across this small island of only 7 hectares.

As before, Bendor will offer a wide range of sports activities with tennis courts and numerous activities related to boating and the beach.

Finally, Zannier especially wishes to preserve the charm and the atypical atmosphere that has always existed on Bendor with concerts, exhibitions, and regular hosting of artists and craftsmen.

In order to best prepare for its opening, Zannier Ile de Bendor is in the recruitment phase and is organizing with France Travail a recruitment forum on February 11, from 11 am to 3 pm, at the Jules Verne Theater in Bandol.

" The goal is to recruit our opening teams and create a real time for exchange around local employment and the hospitality-restoration professions " emphasizes the Zannier team.
